Responsible Gaming
1. Introduction
www.tigrabit.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to providing an entertaining yet safe gaming environment. This Policy explains the tools, processes, and resources we use to help players gamble responsibly. We advise all players to consider the following, and not game irresponsibly:
Play for entertainment, not to make money.
Avoid chasing losses.
Establish limits for yourself.
Do not let gambling interfere with your daily responsibilities.
Never gamble unless you can cover losses.
Take breaks.
2. Guiding Principles of Responsible Gaming
Principle | Implementation at www.tigrabit.com |
Player Protection | Age checks, KYC, AML/CTF screening, account-based limits |
Informed Choice | Clear game odds/house-edge info, real-time balance & wager history |
Harm Minimisation | Deposit/wager/loss limits, time-outs, reality-check pop-ups |
Self-Help & Support | 24/7 support, links to external counselling services |
Data-Driven Monitoring | Behavioural analytics to flag risky play and trigger outreach |
See the below questions. If your answer to majority of them is “YES,” we advise you take action to prevent gambling from negatively impacting your life:
Does gambling affect your work?
Has gambling caused arguments with family/friends?
Do you always return to win back your losses?
Have you borrowed money to gamble?
Do you see gambling as a source of income?
Do you find it difficult to limit your gambling?
4. Player-Controlled Tools
4.1 Financial Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on:
Deposits (crypto-equivalent at time of credit)
Total wagers
Net losses
Limits are effective immediately and cannot be raised for 24 hours (cool-off) but can be lowered any time.
4.2 Time-Out (Short Break)
Suspend betting for 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month; reinstatement is automatic after the chosen period.
4.3 Self-Exclusion
Blocks all betting activity for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently.
Initiate via Account › Player Protection or email support@tigrabit.com.
A 24-hour cooling-off email confirms activation.
During exclusion you cannot log in; withdrawals require contacting Support.
Attempted duplicate accounts will be detected and closed.
5. Closing Your Account Permanently
Email support@tigrabit.com with subject “Permanent Closure.” The account is irreversibly disabled once final balances are withdrawn.
6. Underage & Third-Party Protection
Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18+) to play at www.tigrabit.com. It is their responsibility to be aware of the age restriction where they reside and play, and to confirm their legitimacy when creating an account at www.tigrabit.com. We also advise parents to do the following:
Password-protect computer, mobile, and/or tablet.
Do not leave device unattended when logged into your account.
Make sure all account details and credit cards are inaccessible to children.
Do not save passwords on your computer, write them down and keep somewhere out of reach.
Download filtering software (e.g. Net Nanny) to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate sites.
7. Staff Training & Monitoring
All customer-facing staff receive annual Responsible-Gambling & AML training.
Behavioural-analytics flags (e.g., rapid deposits, extended play) trigger proactive “RG check-ins.”
Accounts may be limited or suspended if harmful play is detected.
8. Self-Exclusion with Other Operators
We strongly recommend applying equivalent exclusions at all gambling sites you use. National services such as GamStop (UK) or Spelpaus (Sweden) provide multi-operator bans where available.
